I took some of the left overs and created my version of a PASTA QUICHE. I just threw things in and it turned out pretty tasty.
Everything fried tastes good so I decided to create My Fried Mashed Potato. Measurements are not exact so just throw things in. Here it goes.

I juiced enough carrots to make almost a half-gallon of carrot juice which left a lot of carrot grounds behind. This is what I did with those grounds.
