I am on a quest to lose ten pounds by January 31st. I am on my second day wheat free. I guess my daughter thought I was starving, which I was, so she surprised me with these pancakes.
She walked into my office and said, “Dad you can eat this. It has no flour, no wheat.” When she told me it had peanut butter that did it. Peanut Butter banana pancakes? With no flour? I am in. I am a peanut butter or any kind of nut junkie. Anyway, she said it was very easy to make. Here it is.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- Cinnamon to taste.
Mix until it has the consistency of normal pancake batter. Cook in pan like any normal pancake. Reduce calories by using PAM on a nonstick surface.
She drizzled it with raw honey. The peanut butter banana pancakes were to die for and tasted like any normal pancake made with flour.Click here for reuse options!
