I am continuing to use Ninja BL770 blender my daughter got me the for Christmas. I am trying to have two nutritious smoothies a day. Some days I will include a fresh green salad. I will try to do this for 30 days. The smoothies I am making have nuts so they are more filling than normal but I am still hungry throughout the day. This will take will power.

Anyway, today I came up with a new blend that was very tasty. I could have drunk 5 of them. But even good nutritious food can provide too much calories if overdone.
Another healthy smoothie. Kale, Sunflower Seed, Peanut smoothie.
The smoothie as usual was very easy to make. I used one small apple, one celery stalk, 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup peanuts, a small slice of ginger, a bit of almond milk, some crushed ice, and some honey. I then used my Ninja BL770 blender to power mix. Check it our below.
